Professional Capacity Development

The Forum successfully delivered a robust professional capacity development programme comprising 19 targeted training and development sessions within a six-month period. These sessions reached over 20,000 young lawyers nationwide through a mix of virtual and physical engagements, with a strong focus on practical skill acquisition, career readiness, ethical practice, and sustainable professional growth. The programme was designed to equip young lawyers with the competencies required to navigate the evolving legal landscape and to position them for long-term success within the profession.
