Upon coming into Leadership in 2024, the Forum Leadership successfully organized a comprehensive strategic leadership training programme for all YLF Branch Chairmen and Chairpersons across the country.

This initiative was designed to strengthen leadership capacity, improve organisational coordination, and equip branch leaders with the tools, knowledge, and strategic insight required to enhance the effectiveness of YLF activities at the grassroots level.

By fostering stronger leadership structures, the Forum aims to promote uniformity in service delivery, deepen impact, and ensure that young lawyers nationwide benefit from a more coordinated and responsive YLF ecosystem.
