YLF Law School Open Day Tour
The Nigerian Bar Association – Young Lawyers Forum (NBA-YLF), through its Committee on Policies, Programs & Projects, implemented the Law School Open Day Tour as a nationwide initiative aimed at inspiring and preparing aspiring lawyers for life at the Bar and beyond. Held between 8th and 15th November 2025 across selected Nigerian Law School campuses, the programme focused on mentorship, academic guidance, wellness, and professional orientation helping students transition confidently from academic training to purposeful legal practice.
Delivered in collaboration with strategic partners, including the Institute of Law & Professional Development (ILAWPD) and state branch YLFs (Enugu, Lagos), the Tour featured interactive sessions under the theme “Preparing for Practice and Purpose.” Through practical presentations, shared experiences, and study strategies, the initiative equipped Bar Part II students with the skills, confidence, and mindset required to excel in their finals and navigate the early stages of their legal careers, while strengthening the bond between the NBA-YLF and the law school community.
