Access to Justice Project

Through its coordinated pro bono outreach and justice intervention initiative, the Forum successfully facilitated the release of 14 inmates across 7 YLF branches nationwide.

This project reflects the Forum’s ongoing commitment to promoting equitable access to justice, addressing delays in the criminal justice system, and supporting indigent individuals who are unable to secure legal representation.

By mobilising young lawyers, collaborating with correctional authorities, and conducting structured reviews of inmate case files, the Forum continues to advance justice delivery, strengthen its pro bono culture, and contribute meaningfully to societal reform.
