Background
The Nigerian Bar Association – Young Lawyers Forum (NBA-YLF) stands as the foremost platform for young and emerging legal practitioners in Nigeria and represents the largest organized body of young lawyers in Africa. Established under the umbrella of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), the Forum exists to serve as the collective voice, support system, and leadership pipeline for lawyers within their early years of practice.
At its core, the NBA-YLF is committed to professional growth, welfare, inclusivity, and leadership development. We work deliberately to create an enabling environment where young lawyers are not only supported to survive the demands of legal practice but are also empowered to thrive, innovate, and lead within the profession and society at large.
